Delicate chicken cutlets are sure to please you and your family! Cooking will not take much time and the dish turns out to be quite versatile, because cutlets can be served with any garnish. A pleasant bonus - roast chicken cutlets are not as fatty as their "colleagues" from pork or pork and beef mince.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken fillet
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 20 g white bread (slice)
- 1 tsp salt
- smoked paprika (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- Soak the bread in milk.

- Wash and dry the chicken fillet and cut into pieces.

- Peel the onion, wash and dice it.

- Grind the chicken fillet in a blender. Then transfer the mince to a separate container.

- Put the onion, egg, bread soaked in milk, paprika, salt and peer into the blender bowl.

- Blend in the blender until smooth.

- Combine the mixture with the minced chicken.

- Mix well.

- Form the mince into balls.

- Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and place your cutlets in it.

- Fry them for 3-5 minutes on each side (on medium heat).
