When people ask me how to make milk pancakes so that they are thin and tasty, I always give my grandmother's recipe. They are easy to prepare and everyone likes them - adults and kids alike!
Ingredients
- 2 pcs eggs
- 150 g wheat flour (8 tbsp)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the products.

- In a container add eggs, sugar and salt.

- Whisk a little with a whisk.

- Pour half a cup of milk into the container and stir.

- Gradually add the flour and stir with a whisk (the mixture should be like thick sour cream).

- Gradually pour in the remaining half a cup of milk, stirring.

- Add the vegetable oil and mix. The consistency should be smooth and homogeneous so that it spreads well in the pan. Allow the dough to stand for half an hour. If it becomes thicker, add a little more milk and mix well.

- Heat a frying pan, drip a little vegetable oil and smear it with a silicone brush (oil the pan only once).

- Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the heated pan, spreading it evenly into a circle.

- Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked through.

- Your perfect pancakes are ready! Serve them with jam, honey or sour cream.
