Eggless oat milk pancakes - a great reason to please yourself and loved ones with a tasty and healthy breakfast! And what is nice - it is not difficult to cook them at all.
Ingredients
- 500 ml oat milk
- 250 g wheat flour
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1-2 g vanillin (on the tip of a knife)
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- Sift the wheat flour into a deep bowl.

- Add vanillin, sugar and baking soda to the sifted flour.

- Stir the mixture with a whisk.

- Add the oat milk and stir to combine. Note that the oat milk should be at room temperature.

- Add the vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar.

- Stir the dough with a whisk and let it stand for 10 minutes.

- The dough is ready, you can mix it again and if it is very viscous, add a little oat milk. Note that the batter should not be too runny either - it may tear the pancakes. Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan and add vegetable oil. Pour some batter onto the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden. As a side note, you won't get thin pancakes with oat milk, as the density and consistency of the batter is not the same as pancakes made with regular milk.

- Arrange the beautiful pancakes on a plate.

- Decorate them with your favourite berries and fruit. Serve with jam, condensed milk, sour cream or syrup.
