Simple and delicious baked goods that you and your family will love - tender charlotte with apples, baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs eggs
- 160 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 3 pcs apples
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp leavening agent
- vanillin (to taste)
- icing sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the products.

- Prepare a baking mould (I have a mould with a diameter of 24 cm).

- Peel the apples from the core.

- Cut the apples into slices.

- Place the apples in the mould.

- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and salt.

- Beat the eggs and salt with a mixer.

- Continue to beat the eggs with the mixer and add the sugar a little at a time.

- Continue the process until the mixture increases 2-3 times in volume and becomes puffy and white.

- Pour the baking powder into the flour and stir to combine.

- Sift the dry mixture into the bowl with the beaten eggs.

- Mix well with a silicone spatula to ensure all the flour is evenly incorporated.

- Pour the batter into the mould with the apples, smoothing it over the whole mould.

- Bake the charlotte in the oven at 180 degrees (preheat the oven) for 45 minutes. It may take a little more or less time depending on your oven. Check the readiness of the charlotte with a chopstick. If it (the stick) is dry and clean, it's ready!

- Allow the charlotte to cool slightly on a rack (or wherever you like).

- Run a knife around the edge of the mould and remove the charlotte from the mould.

- Turn the charlotte over and place on a board or platter.

- Sprinkle icing sugar over the top. The tender apple charlotte is ready!
