Pancakes without milk are practically as good as traditional pancakes with milk. Thin, elastic, tender, perfectly combined with any filling due to their neutral flavour. Products for cooking pancake from scratch without milk require minimum, and the result will exceed all your expectations ?
Ingredients
- 3 pcs eggs
- 500 ml water
- 2 cups wheat flour (200-220 g or 8-9 tbsp with a slide)
- 0.5 tsp leavening agent
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and salt. Beat the mixture with a whisk.

- Add water to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

- Sift the flour separately to make your pancakes airy. Gradually (in several stages) add the flour to the pancake batter along with the baking powder, stirring constantly with a whisk or mixer.

- Add the vegetable oil.

- Heat a non-stick frying pan (if you have a regular frying pan, grease it with a little oil). Pour the batter in with a ladle and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until golden.

- The no milk pancakes are ready! Serve them warm, with any filling you like: with sour cream, jam, honey, cottage cheese, minced meat or mushrooms.
