Pancakes without milk are made with a modest set of products and turn out no worse than classic American pancakes made with milk or kefir. Delicious, flavourful, moderately sweet - perfect for breakfast or a snack! ??
Ingredients
- 150 ml water
- 1 egg
- 150 g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp leavening agent
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- In a deep bowl, beat the egg, mix well with a whisk.

- Add water to the egg and stir.

- Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture.

- Then add the sugar, salt and baking powder.

- The last ingredient to add to the pancake batter is vegetable oil. Pour in 2 tbsp and mix everything well.

- Heat a frying pan, make a moderate heat. Since the pancakes are cooked on a dry pan, there is no need to add oil. Place a few tablespoons of batter in the pan and flatten it slightly, give it a round shape. Fry the pancake on one side for 2-3 minutes.

- Then flip it over and fry until cooked on the other side for about another 1-2 minutes.

- Delicious and flavourful non milk pancakes are ready! You can serve them decorated with berries or pieces of fruit. Also any sweet sauces, syrups, honey, condensed milk, jam will be suitable for pancakes. Bon appetit!
