A simple and tasty snack: lightly salted salmon hypodermic meat

The fish shop near our house has a new product – salmon blubber. I sampled it and thought, what should I cook with it? I decided to pickle it in the same way as I used to do with salmon trimmings. It turned out very fast, simple and delicious, I share the recipe with you!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g salmon subcutaneous meat
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 0,5 tbsp. sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the products.
    Крок 1 Підготуйте інгредієнти для приготування слабосолоного підшкірного м'яса лосося
  • Thaw the salmon blubber if it has been frozen. Rinse in cold water.
  • Pat the fish pieces dry with a paper towel and cut into small strips.
    Крок 3 Обсушіть рибні шматочки паперовим рушником і поріжте на невеликі смужки
  • Mix the salt and sugar in one container.
    Крок 4 Змішайте сіль і цукор в одній ємності
  • Sprinkle all the salmon pieces with the mixture.
    Крок 5 Отриманою сумішшю посипте всі шматочки лосося
  • Mix the pieces well and put them in a bowl.
    Крок 6 Добре перемішайте шматочки та складіть у судок
  • Put the salmon in a cool place for 24 hours. After a while, you can stir the pieces of blubber.
  • Just 24 hours – and a simple and tasty snack is ready! Make sandwiches with it and share your impression in the comments ?
