The fish shop near our house has a new product – salmon blubber. I sampled it and thought, what should I cook with it? I decided to pickle it in the same way as I used to do with salmon trimmings. It turned out very fast, simple and delicious, I share the recipe with you!

Ingredients
- 500 g salmon subcutaneous meat
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 0,5 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the products.

- Thaw the salmon blubber if it has been frozen. Rinse in cold water.
- Pat the fish pieces dry with a paper towel and cut into small strips.

- Mix the salt and sugar in one container.

- Sprinkle all the salmon pieces with the mixture.

- Mix the pieces well and put them in a bowl.

- Put the salmon in a cool place for 24 hours. After a while, you can stir the pieces of blubber.
- Just 24 hours – and a simple and tasty snack is ready! Make sandwiches with it and share your impression in the comments ?
