Add Olivier salad with chicken and baked vegetables to the collection of your favourite salads! It is prepared from affordable products, perfect for both everyday menu and festive table. Chop the ingredients, add mayonnaise, mix - ready! I share with you a classic recipe, save and cook with pleasure ?
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken fillet
- 1 carrots
- 200 g tinned green peas
- 4 pcs potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 5-6 pcs pickles
- 1 small onion
- 2 bay leaves
- mayonnaise - to taste (approx. 200 g)
- salt, black pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- Wash and dry the carrots and potatoes, wrap the vegetables in foil. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and send the vegetables to bake until ready. I baked the potatoes for 45 minutes and the carrots for 1 hour. And you orientate on your oven.Then cool the vegetables completely.

- Peel and wash the onion. Pour water into a pot. Add salt, pepper, peeled onion and bay leaf. Place the pot on the heat and allow to boil.

- Wash the chicken fillets, lower them into the boiling water. Cook the meat over low heat until tender (about 30 minutes).

- Pull out the cooked meat and let it cool completely.

- Wash the eggs in warm water. Lower them into a pot of cold water, add salt. Boil them for 8 minutes from the boiling point.

- When the eggs are boiling, drop them into cold water to cool down faster.

- When the carrots and potatoes have cooled, remove the vegetables from the foil.

- Peel the potatoes, carrots and eggs.Now you can start slicing the main ingredients. Cut the carrots, potatoes, eggs, cooked chicken fillet and cucumbers into cubes of approximately the same size (to make the salad look neat and pretty).Drain any excess liquid from the tinned green peas.

- Dice the eggs.

- Next, dice the carrots.

- Next in line is the potatoes.

- Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes.

- And the last ingredient to be diced is the pickles.

- Combine all the ingredients for Olivier with chicken in one large container, add mayonnaise (to taste).

- Mix the chicken Olivier salad well.

- Olivier salad with chicken is ready! If desired, decorate it with fresh herbs and serve.

- You can arrange Olivier salad with chicken on tartlets. I recommend doing this shortly before the guests' meeting, so that the tartlets don't get soft and lose their shape.Bon appetit! ?
