Shrimp and pineapple salad is very tender, with spicy garlic notes, a little sweet due to tinned pineapples. Such a salad will certainly decorate the festive table, and your guests will think that you ordered it from a restaurant ?
Ingredients
- 150 g shrimp (net weight in peeled form)
- 100 g tinned pineapples
- 50 g hard cheese
- 40 g lettuce leaves (8-10 sprigs)
- 2 tbsp. yoghurt (without additives)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare all the products.

- Boil the prawns in salted water. Cool them and peel off the shell and guts.

- Boil the hard-boiled egg, cool it, peel it and cut it into 4 pieces.

- Cut the cheese into small cubes.

- Transfer the pineapples from the tin to a separate bowl and drain the syrup. If the pineapples are in rings, cut them into small pieces.

- Prepare the dressing for shrimp salad. Take unflavoured yoghurt (I have Greek yoghurt), mustard, garlic, pepper and salt.

- Chop the garlic finely with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

- Mix the salad dressing well.

- Wash, dry and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Arrange them on a platter. Arrange the eggs on top.

- Next, arrange the pineapple and cheese.

- Add the prawns

- Pour the shrimp salad with pineapple over the dressing.
